The Benny&Co. family rotisserie chain awards travel and education grants to its employees!

While there is a labor shortage in several Québec companies, the family business Benny&Co. does not seem to feel the downside of this crisis, despite its accelerated growth strategy. The master roaster opens on average 6 to 8 new restaurants per year in Québec and Ontario and employs 1 700 employees, 60% of whom are part-time, and more than half are students. For several years, the company with 55 branches, each owned by members of the Benny family, has taken steps to recruit and ensure the lowest turnover rates in its industry. Among other things, it offers twice a year a very attractive scholarship program. On May 29, the family business founded in 1960 distributed its twelve semi-annual scholarships among all its employees. New this year: it also awarded a travel grant, just in time before the summer.
