The family business Délimax-Montpak, the largest producer of veal and lamb in North America, has just donated food to Mission Old Brewery!

As the food industry experiences major disruptions related to the COVID-19 crisis, the family business Délimax-Montpak is very generous by donating food to Mission Old Brewery. In fact, the company offered more than 4,000 pounds of fresh veal, the equivalent of 5,600 meals, to the most important resource helping people who are homeless in Montreal. Founded in 1989 by the brothers Fabien, Donald and Alexandre Fontaine, the family business has built its success through the merger and acquisition of several complementary businesses. In 2015, Délimax acquired the Montpak family business making Délimax-Montpak the largest producer of veal and lamb in North America. Now, in addition to collaborating with numerous associated farms, the company, which employs 1,300 employees in Canada and the United States, has 105 corporate farms and 10 processing plants. Expert in ethical breeding, the family business has developed a sustainable approach, offering a range of hormone-free and antibiotic-free products under the brand Famille Fontaine.
