On May 30, the closing ceremony of the 12th edition of the Business Transfer Awards was held in the presence of Honorary Presidents Christiane Germain and Jean-Yves Germain, Co-Presidents of Groupe Germain Hotels, as well as more than 250 guests. The Business Transfer Awards, organized by PwC Canada, HEC Montréal and their partners, celebrate the achievements of Québec private businesses that have successfully gone through the succession process and that have thereby ensured their long-term sustainability. This year, six Québec companies were honoured in two separate succession categories: family transfer and entrepreneurial transfer.
