The family business Groupe Robin, a real estate developer, stands in solidarity with truckers during the COVID-19 crisis!

In the wake of the COVID-19 crisis, the family-owned business Groupe Robin opened the doors of its three Holiday Inn Express hotels to truckers in Quebec so that they can refresh themselves for free. Making the difference and helping these workers who supply Quebec with essential goods, these are the reasons that pushed Groupe Robin towards this solidarity initiative. The values of mutual aid are indeed at the heart of the family business specializing in the promotion, construction and property management. The company now led by Nellie Robin  had already offered its services to volunteers and victims of the floods in spring 2019. Founded by Robert Robin in 1972, Groupe Robin is a pioneer in the sustainable building sector. It is the first company in North America to have built Holiday Inn hotels that have received LEED® certification. Its values of mutual aid and innovation have earned the company several awards, including the 2019 Grand prix Constellation, which rewards businesspeople for their contribution to the economic development of the Saint-Hyacinthe region where its head office is located.
