Since 1691, the Belgian family business Cinoco has managed to stay at the top of the wine and spirits industry!

Thanks to eleven generations of Nolet, Cinoco is a worldwide reference in the wine and spirits industry and one of the key players in this sector in Belgium and Luxembourg. Today known for the quality and variety of the wines and spirits it imports, distributes or produces, the company started modestly in 1691 when Jan Lucasse Nolet founded a distillery in Schiedam, the Netherlands. The entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the craft have been passed on for over 330 years, inspiring each generation to expand the business by establishing new distilleries. In the early 20th century, Charles Nolet de Brauwere moved to Belgium and expanded the family business to include the distribution of various brands while continuing to produce its own spirits. The Nolet family has managed to stay at the top of its industry and meet all the needs of the market, thanks in part to its impressive and renowned catalog, which today includes more than 3,000 products. As the creator of the famous Ketel One vodka, Cinoco also works with many fine houses, many of which are also family owned, such as Champagne Bollinger, Maison Jean Loron, Au Moulin Dopff and Baron Philippe de Rothschild to name a few. Throughout its history, Cinoco has been able to develop strong relationships with its partners based on common values such as integrity, flexibility and reactivity in a long-term perspective. Some of their customers are now even shareholders in the family business. Thanks to this, Cinoco has been able to grow without going into debt while developing in harmony with its customers. Headed since 2004 by Gilles Nolet de Brauwere, and assisted by the 11th generation, including Carl Nolet Jr., CEO of Nolet Spirits USA, the family-owned company has a new, modern, low-carbon footprint 6,000 m2 warehouse that can store more than one million bottles since 2020.
